Adds a new entry to those being displayed. If the title of the display is lists, then a new list is created. If the Sections of a List are displayed, then a new section within that list is created. If the Items held in a Section are displayed then a new Item is created. The new entry is placed after the one currently selected in the display. It can be moved later. A Text View screen is displayed to allow the text of the entry to be entered.
