One of the key features of QuickList is the use of a dictionary. The dictionary holds every word used in the description of every List, Section and Item. Each time a word is used in a description, a link to the dictionary is stored, rather than the word itself.
It has two major benefits. First, it minimizes the storage requirement by only storing each word once. Second, once a word has been recorded in the dictionary, it can be quickly recalled and used in the description of another Entry.
Pre-loading dictionary
Using the Web Browser you can create a list that contains, as items, many of the words you use in your lists. Then Synchronizing your phone would load the words into the phones dictionary, and then you can delete the list.
